In November 2025, Mailong Metal successfully completed the delivery of a large-volume stainless steel coil shipment to one of our long-standing partners in Southeast Asia. The order included both 304 and 316L cold-rolled coils with 2B and BA surface finishes, manufactured to strict ASTM A240 standards.
The production run was completed in under four weeks, with in-house mill test certificates issued for every coil. Our quality team conducted thickness, hardness, and surface inspections before the materials were packaged in waterproof, anti-rust packaging designed for ocean freight.
Loading took place at Shanghai port, where our logistics partners arranged full-container shipping with real-time tracking. The shipment arrived at the destination port one day ahead of the agreed ETA, and customs clearance was completed smoothly thanks to the complete, pre-prepared documentation package.
Our customer confirmed that the coils arrived in excellent condition and immediately entered their production line for further processing. This successful delivery continues a multi-year partnership built on consistent quality, transparent communication, and reliable lead times.
